Glenn Theobald recalls his career with the Miami-Dade police department. Glenn Theobald began as a patrol officer while attending Barry University. He eventually enrolled in the University of Miami where he received his Juris Doctorate degree, landing him the position of Chief Legal Counsel with the Miami-Dade police department.
